Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 hard boiled eggs
  2. Yougurt 1/2cup
  3. Whole garam masala
  4. Ginger garlic paste and 1 tablespoon of onion paste
  5. Fresh cream 1 tablespoon
  6. Nutmeg powder, black pepper powder, slit green chilli
  7. 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt and lil rose water
  8. Bay leaf and garam Masala powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon of rose water
  10. Ghee is optional

Instructions

  1. Fry the boiled eggs in a wok and keep it aside.
  2. In the same oil put whole garam Masala and the bay leaf wait until a fine aroma comes out.
  3. Add the onion, ginger garlic paste to it and fry it until the rawness goes from the Masala.
  4. Add lil corriander powder to it and cook the Masala for 2 mins.
  5. Add lil ghee to it and then the whisked yougurt . Pour water to it and add the eggs and cover it with a lid.
  6. Add the fresh cream to the gravy and sugar and a pinch of garam Masala powder.
  7. Put 1/2 teaspoon of rose water and then dish out.
