Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 3 boiled
  2. Onion 2
  3. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 1 tbsp
  9. Wheat flour 11/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Chop onions ,mint leaves
  3. Heat oil in pan crackle cumin seeds
  4. Add chopped onions followed by mint leaves
  5. Add spices and salt
  6. Add mashed potatoes and mix nicely
  7. This is the stuffing of parantha
  8. Prepare dough of wheat flour add little salt
  9. Prepare balls of equal size
  10. Fill in the stuffing
  11. Seal it nicely
  12. Now cook parantha by applying little oil
  13. Turn on other side and cook again
  14. Serve with pickle
