Ingredients to make Dosa muffins

  • Leftover dosa 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Leftover dosa subzi 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 1/2 cup wheat sooji
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1/2 tsp tatri
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup bell pepper (all colors)
  • 1 tbsp green chillies

How to make Dosa muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 176 degrees celsius.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and set the muffins mold. Later take 1 tbsp oil in a pan to heat, add the mustard seeds, sesame seeds and put waghar on top of the muffins mix after it is baked.
  3. Bake the muffins until they are golden brown.
