Egg-less Custard Cookies

Ingredients to make Egg-less Custard Cookies

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla custard powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make Egg-less Custard Cookies

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and knead into a soft dough.
  2. Now cover the dough in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Once the dough has rested, dust some flour on a counter top and roll the dough into 1 cm thick slab.
  4. Give the dough desired shapes and bake them for 10-12 minutes at 150 degrees celsius until they are golden in color.
  5. Cool them completely and store in an air tight container.

My Tip:

Divide the dough in two parts and mix 1 tablespoon cocoa powder in one half before making shapes.
