Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 gram paneer home made
  2. For Gravy, 1/2 cup curd
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 2 green chillies nicely chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. For Tempting,1 bay leaf
  10. 6 to 8 black pepper corn
  11. 2 to 3 cloves
  12. 2 green cardamom
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. 1 and 1/4 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  15. 1/4 cup fresh chopped corriender
  16. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1/2 CUP CURD, ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  2. ADD 2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER, SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1/2 TBSP FLOUR, MIX WELL
  5. ADD 2 TBSP WATER, MIX AGAIN & SET ASIDE
  6. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 BAY LEAF
  7. ADD 6-8 PEPPERCORNS, 2-3 CLOVES, 2 CARDAMOMS
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, MIX
  9. ADD 1-1/4 TSP GINGER- GARLIC PASTE, SAUTE TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  10. ADD THE READY CURD MIX OVER LOW HEAT
  11. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, STIR & COOK
  12. ADD 200 GMS CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE, GENTLY MIX IN
  13. COVER & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS ON LOW HEAT
  14. GARNISH WITH A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, SIMMER FOR 30 SECONDS ON LOW HEAT
  15. PANEER DHANIYA KORMA IS READY, SERVE HOT
