This delicious instant noodles can also be enjoyed with fresh ingredients as a tasty salad.

Wai Wai Salad

Ingredients to make Wai Wai Salad

  • 1 packet Wai Wai Noodles (Veg/Non-veg)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 green chilles
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon olive or refined oil

How to make Wai Wai Salad

  1. Take a small bowl and put in the noodles, add in the ready-made masala, ghee and red chilli powder available inside the packet.
  2. Wash and finely cut the onion, tomatoes and green chillies. Put these fresh ingredients into the bowl and combine well with the noodles.
  3. Next add in the lemon juice and oil, then thoroughly mix so that the flavours combine together.
  4. Serve instantly with a glass of juice or a cold drink.

My Tip:

It is best to consume this salad instantly as it will get soggy if stored aside.
