Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For manchurian balls-2 cups of finely choped vegetables
  2. 2tbsp maida
  3. 1-2tbsp cornflour
  4. 1tbsp ginger,garlic and green chilli paste
  5. 1/2tsp soya sauce
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2tsp black pepper powder
  8. Warm water as required
  9. Oil for deep frying
  10. For sauce- 1/4cup spring onions(finely chopped)
  11. 1tbsp chopped garlic
  12. 1tbsp chopped ginger
  13. 2tbsps soya sauce
  14. 1/2tbsp chilli sauce
  15. 2tbsps vinegar
  16. 2tbsps tomato sauce
  17. 1tbsp cornstarch mized in 3tbsp water
  18. 1tsp brown sugar
  19. Salt as required
  20. 1tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Add all vegetables, maida ,cornflour,ginger garlic and green chilli paste in a bowl .
  2. Add soya sauce,salt,black pepper powder and make balls. Add water as required and fry the balls
  3. Heat oil add ginger garlic and white onion in it .Tauc it.
  4. Now low the flame and add chilli sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,brown sugar into it.
  5. Now add cornstarch init and salt.mix it and boil
  6. Now add balls into it.
