ABOUT Sheera cake with mango RECIPE

This is delicious cake made with semolina, accompanied with fresh mangoes. A perfect desert for all times.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rawa [semolina] 5 tablespoon
  2. Sugar 2 tablespoon
  3. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  4. Fresh mango - 1

Instructions

  1. Add ghee into pan
  2. Once ghee is heated, add rawa and fry until turns golder brown, then add sugar
  3. Add water, pinch of salt. let this get cooked.
  4. Parallely for serving cut mango into thin small slices of rectangular size
  5. Make a shape of a flower with the mango slices.
  6. Prepare another flower with orange pulp burfi
