Noodle cutlet is an easy to make and tasty party snack.

Noodle cutlet

Ingredients to make Noodle cutlet

  • 1 large sized potato
  • 1 cup glass noodles
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow frying
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Water to boil the potato and noodles

How to make Noodle cutlet

  1. Boil, peel and mash the potato. Also boil the noodles and keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, mix the potato, boiled noodles, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, salt and breadcrumbs. Make balls of this mixture and flatten it a little.
  3. Heat enough oil in a pan for shallow frying.
  4. Fry the cutlets till they are golden brown in colour.
  5. Serve with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
