ABOUT Pan Fried Avocado Kofta RECIPE

Kofta is a type of meatball mixed with spices, onions, garlic, ginger and many other stuff very popular dish in Afghan, Arab, Indian, Iraqi etc. Cuisines. In India, vegetarian variety include koftas prepared out of mashed potatoes, paneer, mushrooms , banana etc. Very easy and quick to prepare. You can also make Kofta Kebabs out of them by using skewers and grilling them. These are very good as an appetizers for parties or potlucks. They taste really good when served as sides along with mint or coriander chutney. Today, I am going to show slightly different variety of Kofta , by using avocado. My son hates avocados, so I try to hide them in different dishes and prepare variety of recipes out of them. He loved them and didn't even know that it is prepared out of Avocados. I have pan fried these koftas making them more healthy. You can also deep fry them or bake them.
