Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha (beaten paddy) 2cup
  2. Onion chopped 1Medium size
  3. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  4. Green chillies chopped 1tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder 1tsp
  6. Potato 1medium size diced and fried
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUP POHA
  2. WASH TWICE WITH WATER AND KEEP IT FOR 5-10MIN
  3. DICE 1 MEDIUM SIZE POTATO, ONE STRAND OF CURRY LEAVES AND 1TSP OF CHOPPED GARLIC
  4. 1 MEDIUM SIZE CHOPPED ONION AND 1-2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  5. 3-4 TBSP OF MUSTARD OIL IN A PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEEDS ON MEDIUM FLAME
  6. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC, GREEN CHILLIES,CURRY LEAVES AND ONION FRY TILL BECOME GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  7. ADD 1TSP OF TURMERIC POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  8. NOW ADD WASHED POHA
  9. MIX IT WELL AND KEEP ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 10 MINUTES
  10. SERVE IT WITH CHOPPED ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES AND FRIED POTATOES
