This is a delicious recipe of roasted brinjal, a delicious side dish to be served with roti.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Brinjal - 1
  2. onion - 1
  3. tomato - 1
  4. ginger garlic and chillies [ chopped] - 1 tbsp
  5. coriander leaves - handful
  6. Salt
  7. refined oil

Instructions

  1. Slit began half apply mustard oil on the skin of began. Heat mustard oil in a kadai snd add onion chopped tomatoes chopped and cook. Now add ginger garlic and green chilli cook for a min. Add haldi pwd red chilli pwd .
  2. Salt according to the taste Put chared began into water and let it cool. Now gently peel off the skin and mash the pulp of began.
  3. Add this to the onion mixture and cook for 2 min. Garnish with coriander leaf and serve with fulka.
