Ingredients: 2 bananas; 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour; 2 tbsp cornflour; 2 tbsp chocolate powder; 1 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 cup curd; 1/2 tin milk maid; 1/4 cup milk; 2 tsp olive oil; 2 tbsp malai; 4 tbsp sugar; Whipped cream to garnish; 1 tsp vanilla essence

A yummy birthday cake.

Ingredients Serving: 6

2 bananas
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp chocolate powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tin milk maid
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp malai
4 tbsp sugar
Whipped cream to garnish
1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

Sieve all the dry ingredients two times and keep it aside.
In a bowl, put in all the wet ingredients such as sugar, banana and mix it well together.
Now gently pour in the dry ingredients into the batter along with the vanilla essence and blend it well together.
Grease a baking dish and pour in the batter.
I have baked this cake in a kadai for 45 minutes.
To prepare the icing, mix the whipped cream, chocolate powder together. Decorate the cake with this icing and edible silver balls.
