Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chickpee flour besan 1/2cup
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Suji 4-5tsp
  4. Powder sugar 1cup
  5. Eliachi powder 1tsp
  6. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  7. Desi ghee melted 1cup
  8. Almond and pistachio as desired

Instructions

  1. Sieve all dry indgridiens like besan suji maida and set aside
  2. Now in a bowl take melted ghee and sugar and mix it till sugar disolves
  3. Now add all dry ingrdient in it one by one and add make a dough
  4. Chop the almond and pistachio
  5. Make dogh and keep it in refrigerator for 10-15min and after make ball from this dough and make a cut on it and press some dry nuts on it with ur thumb
  6. Now pre heat the oven /convection microwave on 200degree and then place the cokkies in a bakind plate and bake for ten min on 170degree
  7. Check it after ten min if not bake proply the take two min more for baking till the cookies come golden brown
  8. Serve it with tea any time
