ABOUT Oats Delight healthy Bteakfast RECIPE

This recipe is a healthy Bfast recipe ..for wieght loss

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Plain oats 2tsp
  2. Honey /sugar 2tsp
  3. Mix dry fruits 2tsp as desired
  4. Mix fruits of choice chopoed as desired
  5. Milk 1cup
  6. Chia seeds 1tsp soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Soak oats overnight in milk
  2. Now add honey in oats and mix it
  3. Now take a glass and in ist layer add some chopped dry fruits alomd pistachios and in second layed pour oats and then fruits in third layer and on top some chia seeds and some nuts agian and some fruits again and serve immediately chilled
  4. Serve chill
