About Raw Mango Chutney Recipe

Raw Mango Chutney is the recipe I learnt from my mom, the tangy flavor of this, oh I just love it! And can u believe it? my 2 year old son can have rice with this chutney only nothing required. One day I sent this in my husband's lunch box, one North Indian friend asked me, can you please share the chutney recipe what you sent in today's lunch, her husband liked it so much! It's so easy to prepare as well.

Raw Mango Chutney

Ingredients to make Raw Mango Chutney

  • 3 small raw mangoes
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp salt

How to make Raw Mango Chutney

  1. Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces. Note to remove the center white part.
  2. Add all ingredients and grind it till it's smooth.
  3. Eat this along with rice.

My Tip:

The sugar quantity may vary depending upon the sourness of mangoes. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
