About Mango Burfi Recipe

Burfi is a very popular and yummy dish.

Mango Burfi

Ingredients to make Mango Burfi

  • 3 Cup mango pulp
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 250 gms mawa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • Dry fruits for garnishing

How to make Mango Burfi

  1. Peel the mangoes and blend it with sugar.
  2. Roast the crumbled khoya in a pan on a low flame for 3 minutes.
  3. Add milk and stir it till the mixture starts leaving the pan and form a soft dough. Remove from the flame and let it cool down.
  4. Take a pan, pour the mango pulp and stir it continuously for 10 minutes. As it becomes thick, add cardamom powder and mix it.
  5. Simmer the gas and add mawa and mix it well. Take it off the flame and let it cool. Now add the milk powder and mix it.
  6. Grease the tray completely and pour the mixture in it. Let it set. Cut into square or Diamond shape or as you may like. Garnish with Dry fruits.
  7. Enjoy your Mango Burfi !!
