Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jaggery melted 100 grams
  2. 2 small mysore banana
  3. Whole wheat 1 1/2 cups
  4. Water
  5. Jeera

Instructions

  1. Take melted jaggery and banana pulse it well.
  2. Add whole wheat flour n water . Mix it well to make a sticky dough.
  3. Keep is aside for 4-5 hours.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp jeera or pinch of cardomon and mix it again..
  5. Dip hands in water n take out the dough n roll it into a ball .
  6. Deep fry it until it turns dark brown.
