Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 12 bread slices
  2. Ghee to fry
  3. For stuffing:
  4. 1/2 cup dates
  5. 1/2 cup fresh mawa
  6. 1/4 cup, mixed dry fuits that have been chopped
  7. Few threads of kesar
  8. A pinch of elaichi
  9. 1 litre rubadi
  10. Sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. Take the breads and cut them into rounds. Keep aside.
  2. Take a pan, add mawa and saute till the raw smell disappears.
  3. Take a pan, add ghee and saute the chopped dates till they are soft, then add the chopped dry fruits and mawa. Then make the mixture ready and keep aside to cool.
  4. Take a rounded bread, stuff it and cover with aother round, press it properly and fry into hot ghee till it's light pink in colour. Then put on the tissue.
  5. Next, dip into the sugar syrup an put it into a plate. Pour the chilled rabari and serve.
  6. Garnish with kesar threads, elaichi powder and chopped nuts.
