Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dark Chocolate 1/4 slab
  2. Custard powder 4 tbsp
  3. Sugar according to taste
  4. Milk 2 cups
  5. Whipped cream and cherries for decoration

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, then with the help of a brush make a thin layer in the silicon moulds.
  2. Freeze the moulds for about 10 minutes.
  3. Take a pan and boil the milk in it. Add diluted custard powder and sugar.
  4. Keep stirring constantly till the mixture thickens. Then remove from the flame and bring it to room temperature.
  5. Now slowly remove the chocolate tarts from the moulds, then pour the custard in it and refrigerate it for an hour.
  6. Decorate it with whipped cream and cherry. Serve it chilled.
