Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked oats 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Melted butter 2 tsp
  4. Maida 1/2 cup
  5. Salt
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Oregano
  8. Mixed herbs
  9. Baby corn
  10. Tomato
  11. Chopped capsicum
  12. Chopped carrot

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter with soaked oats, butter, milk, maida and salt.
  2. Spread it in a heated frying pan with butter and let it fluff on a low flame.
  3. Add the stir fried veggies.
  4. Then add butter, spread the herbs, chilli flakes and oregano.
  5. Serve it hot.
