Oat Bread

Ingredients to make Oat Bread

  • Soaked oats 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Melted butter 2 tsp
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano
  • Mixed herbs
  • Baby corn
  • Tomato
  • Chopped capsicum
  • Chopped carrot

How to make Oat Bread

  1. Make a smooth batter with soaked oats, butter, milk, maida and salt.
  2. Spread it in a heated frying pan with butter and let it fluff on a low flame.
  3. Add the stir fried veggies.
  4. Then add butter, spread the herbs, chilli flakes and oregano.
  5. Serve it hot.

My Tip:

The secret is butter.
