Ingredients to make Arbi Tikki

  • Boiled mashed Arbi and potatoes
  • Fried garlic and onion
  • Chopped green chilli and coriander
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • Roasted channa powder

How to make Arbi Tikki

  1. Mix the boiled and mashed arbi with the potatoes.
  2. Add the butter, chopped green chillies and coriander.
  3. Add the masala, fried onion and garlic.
  4. Make a ball and pat it with your palms. Then cover with roasted channa powder.
  5. Shallow fry these balls and serve them hot with tomato sauce.
