  1. eggs 3
  2. thotakura 1cup
  3. garlic 10 cloves
  4. mustered seeds 1 tsp
  5. cumin seed 1 tsp
  6. red chellis 3
  7. salt to taste
  8. turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. onion 1big
  10. butter 1 tbssp
  11. red chelli powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. take a pan add some butter cuminseeds musterseeds red chellies nd garlic fry it
  2. then add thotakura
  3. fry it still cook well then add salt
  4. thotakura ready
  5. add eggs onion red chellli powder salt turmeric powder nd cooked curry mix all ingredients stir well
  6. take add some butter
  7. pour the better in the pan
  8. cook it in slow flam
  9. after 5 mints omlette is ready to serve
