Maggi rice

Ingredients to make Maggi rice

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Chopped onion 2
  • peas 3/4 cup
  • carrot 1 medium sized
  • lemon 1
  • cabbage 100 gm
  • Maggie magic masala pouch 1
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 piece
  • salt to taste
  • jeera 1 tsp

How to make Maggi rice

  1. Take a pan and fill it with water. Let it boil and become bubbling hot.
  2. Then put rice in it and peas too. Next, put turmeric powder and salt into it.
  3. Let the rice boil. After boiling the rice, drain it and keep aside.
  4. Take another pan, put in the oil. When the oil heats, put jeera in it.
  5. Then add the chopped onions, saute it for 5 mins.
  6. Add chopped carrot, then add the chopped cabbage. Cook it for 5 mins.
  7. After that add the boiled rice to it, saute it and put the maggie magic masala pouch into it.
  8. Saute and squeeze in 1 lemon.
  9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.

My Tip:

You can any vegetables that you want. Magic masala has salt in it, so put salt accordingly.
