My mummy used to make this every year.I used to live that with curd rice

Ingredients Serving: 50

  1. Kadugu mango 6 cups,
  2. salt one cup,
  3. chilly powder 3/4 cup,
  4. mustard powder 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems of mango and wash it well.Dry it on a towel
  2. Add salt one cup and transfer it to a glass jar.Dont disturb for two days.just shake it
  3. On the third day add 3/4 cup chilly powder and 1/2 cup of mustard powder.Let it remain for two to three days.The pickle is ready to use.
