ABOUT Paneer Ice cream RECIPE

I have one very different recipe of ice cream for you all.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Paneer (crushed) 1 cup
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Corn floour 1/2 cup
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Cashew, almonds and pistachios 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First boil milk.
  2. Then take some boiled milk and mix corn flour in that so corn flour paste is ready.
  3. In a bowl take water and sugar and make sugar syrup.
  4. Now in boiled milk add corn flour paste, sugar syrup, paneer and dryfruits (cashew, almons and pistachios) Mix well.
  5. Keep it in deep freezer to set.
