Ingredients to make Healthy Red Soup

  • Beetroot 2 large sized
  • Carrot 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water 1 glass
  • Mint leaves to garnish

How to make Healthy Red Soup

  1. Clean and cut the beetroot & carrot into cubes.
  2. Now put them in a pressure cooker with water, salt and pepper.
