1,, firstly blanch palak leaves by boiling palak for 2 minutes in water
2,,,squeeze off excess water and keep aside
3,,. meanwhile in a large kadai heat oil and add green chilli
4,, also add capsicum and saute till the moisture disappears
5,, further add beanse and peas or any green vegetables of your choice
6,, saute them for 5 min or till the moisture disappears
7,, transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely
8,, blend to coarse paste along with blanched palak
9,,, transfer the blended paste into a large mixing bowl
10,, also add grated potato, paneer. and coriander leaves
11,, further add corn flour and bread crumbs, help in absorbing moisture and binds well
12,, add in the spices, chilli p.w.d, coriander p.w.d, garam masala, haldi, aamchur, and salt
13,, mix well making sure the spices, are combined well with vegetables
14,, grease hends with oil and make a small patties greasing oil prevents dough from sticking to hands
15,, cover the patties with bread crumbs to make hara bhara kabab more crispy
16,, and place and press a cashew at the centre
17,, now deed fry the prepated patties into hot oil
18,, fry on medium hot oil stirring occasionally
19,, drain the fried hara bhara kabab onto the kitchen towel
20,, finally serve hara bhara kabab hot with sauce and masala tea
