Ingredients to make Coconut rava Ladoos

  • 2 cups desiccated Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 tin milkmaid/mithai mate condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Extra dessicated coconut for coating
  • 1/2 cup of rava(sooji)

How to make Coconut rava Ladoos

  1. Open can of condensed milk and heat in a heavy bottom pan. In a separate pan dry roast rava on a gentle flame till light golden brown.
  2. Add dessicated coconut and cardamom powder to the condensed milk, then add the roasted rava.Cook for 5 minutes till thick and leaves sides of pan.Turn off heat
  3. Stir and make small balls from the mixture.Roll in extra dessicated coconut.
  4. Serve delicous coconut rava ladoos.
My Tip: The mixture should be warm while making coconut ladoos.
