Normal daal tadka make this way to delicious . And looking gorgeous and interesting. Can be serve with roti , paratha and naan.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green moong - 1 cup
  2. Cardamom - 3nos
  3. Clove - 4 nos
  4. Cinnamon- 2 sticks
  5. Coriander - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Milk - 1/2 cup
  7. Cream - 2 tbsp
  8. Kesar - 1/2 tsp in 1 tbsp milk
  9. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  10. salt as per taste
  11. For Tadka
  12. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  13. Cumin -. 1 tsp
  14. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
  15. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  16. Chopped green chillies - 1 tbsp
  17. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  18. For Jamun
  19. Paneer - 1/2 cup
  20. Khoya -.1/2 cup
  21. Maida - 1 tbsp
  22. Pinch of Soda

Instructions

  1. Boil the daal with salt and red chilly powder. Keep aside
  2. Now dry roast the all whole masala and grind them to powder
  3. Add the powder masala, milk and cream into boiled daal.
  4. Cook the daal on the low flame. For 4-5 minutes. If require add water.
  5. Meanwhile make the jamun . Mix paneer, Khoya, maida , soda and salt properly. Make small balls and deep fry them.
  6. Add fried jamun in the boiling daal and stir carefully. Few balls keep for decoration
  7. Heat ghee, add cumin and chopped ginger garlic . Once it start smelling, add.this to daal and mix well .
  8. Garnish with chopped green chillies, coriander and fried jamuns .( Few are coated with silver varak)
  9. Serve with roti, paratha or naan etc.
