This recipe is very mouth watering and perfect for tea time snacks. The aroma of garlic and taste of tomato sauce with green chillies makes the flavour tangy. I made this in aftar also.

Boneless chicken 100 gm
Garlic pods 7-8
Chopped onion 1 small
Green chillies 5
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablespoon
For the dough:-
Refine flour 200 gm
Oil 1 teaspoon
Water 1/2 cup
Instructions
GRIND CHICKEN PIECES FINELY AND KEEP ASIDE.
HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND THEN ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND SAUTÈ TILL GOLDEN.
NOW ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONION AND GREEN CHILLIES IN IT AND LET THE ONION BECOME TRANSLUCENT.
NOW ADD CHICKEN MINCE, SALT, GARAM MASALA POWDER, MIX IT WELL AND COOK PROPERLY.
KNEED A SOFT DOUGH AND MAKE A LARGE PURI AND CUT THREE CIRCLES WITH THE HELP OF A SMALL BOWL.
OVERLAP THE PURIS AFTER THAT ADD SMALL AMOUNT OF COOKED CHICKEN MINCE AND FOLD AND ROLL IT LIKE ROSE .
KEEP ALL THE ROSE SHAPED MOMOS IN A PLATE .
TAKE A LARGE SIZE WOK WITH 1 CUP OF WATER AND PUT OIL GREASED STRAINER ON IT AND PUT ALL THE MOMOS IN STRAINER.
COVER THE LID AND STEAM COOK MOMOS FOR 7-8 MINUTES.
NOW TAKE OUT IN SERVING DISH AND SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE.
