Mango Rasmalai

Ingredients to make Mango Rasmalai

  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • flour 1-1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • egg 1
  • cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Almonds & pistachios for garnishing

How to make Mango Rasmalai

  1. Boil milk with green cardamoms, then add condensed milk and stir well. Simmer the gas.
  2. Take flour, 1 tsp baking powder, powder milk in a bowl. Add the egg and knead into a soft dough. Make medium sized balls and press the balls slightly.
  3. Put those balls in the boiling milk, cook on a high flame. After 5 minutes, reduce the flame and cook on a low flame, again after 5 minutes cook on a high flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Take it off the flame. Add the Mango Purée and stir slowly.
  5. Garnish with saffron and chopped nuts. Serve it chilled.
