A family recipe my grandmother used to make, it tastes best with dal chawal.

Aloo r Khosha Bhaja/ Potato Peels Pakora

Ingredients to make Aloo r Khosha Bhaja/ Potato Peels Pakora

  • Thick Peels of 2 potatoes
  • besan- approx 1-2 tbsp
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • chilli Powder
  • poppy seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Aloo r Khosha Bhaja/ Potato Peels Pakora

  1. Wash the potato peels properly so that there is no dirt.
  2. Now mix the peels with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil in batches till its crisp.

My Tip:

Posto adds crunch to the pakoras and also enhances the taste.
