Tandoori momos is a version of momos.generally we use to have steamed momos but tea time it is more delightful to have tandoori momos.you are just going to love them.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 tsp oil
  2. 1/2 tsp jeera
  3. 1/2 cup chop onion
  4. 2 tbsp capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  6. 1/2 cup chopped beans
  7. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  8. 1 green chilli
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp vinegar
  13. 1 tsp soya sauce
  14. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  15. 1 tsp sauce
  16. Pepper powder
  17. For dough---
  18. 1 cup flour
  19. 1 tsp salt
  20. 2 tsp oil
  21. Water as required
  22. For marination---
  23. 1 cup curd
  24. 1 tsp Salt
  25. 1 tsp haldi
  26. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  28. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  29. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  30. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  31. Pepper powder
  32. 1 tsp mustard oil
  33. Oil for shallow fring of momos

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA
  2. AND ONION ,SAUTE AND ADD CAPSICUM
  3. NOW ADD CARROT AND BEANS
  4. COOK THEM AND ADD CABBAGE
  5. NOW ADD SALT,HALDI,RED CHILLI
  6. 1 TSP VINEGAR
  7. 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  8. 1 TSP GREEN CHILLI SAUCE
  9. AND 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  10. ADF PPEPPER AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  11. OUR MOMOS STUFFING IS READY
  12. TAKE FLOUR AND SALT
  13. ADD OIL AND REQUIRED WATER MAKE DOUGH
  14. KNEAD DOUGH
  15. TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL DOWN
  16. CUT WITH A ROUND CUTTER
  17. AND STUFF FILLING IN IT
  18. SEAL SIDINGS LIKE KACHAURI AND SHAPE MOMO
  19. PREPARE ALL LIKE THIS
  20. AND STEAM FOR 20 MIN IN STEAMER
  21. TILL THEN MAKE MARINATION ADD SALT IN CURD
  22. HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER,JEERA POWDER,LEMON JUICE,GARAM MASALA
  23. MUSTARD OIL AND MIX
  24. ADD MOMOS
  25. ROLL IN MARINATION
  26. COAT THEM AND LET THEM MERINATE FOR 15 MIN.
  27. HEAT OIL IN PAN
  28. AND SHALLOW FRY MARINATED MOMOS
  29. SERVE WITH ONION RINGS AND GREEN CHUTNEY
  30. AND GARLIC CHUTNEY
  31. ENJOY DELICIOUS TANDOORI MOMOS
