Pani Puri

Ingredients to make Pani Puri

  • 1 cup atta
  • 1 cup Suji
  • A pinch of salt
  • Kabuli Channa boiled
  • lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • hing
  • red chilli powder
  • pudina paste 2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp

How to make Pani Puri

  1. Make a dough by mixing the atta and suji together.
  2. Make tiny balls from this dough, then roll them and deep fry them till they are fluffy and crispy.
  3. Mash the boiled channa, then add the roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
  4. To make the water, add lemon juice, hing, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt and table salt.
  5. Serve this delicious dish.
