Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Prawns 1 cup
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1 and half
  4. Ginger garlic paste 4 tsp
  5. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  6. Pepper jeera powder 3 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  9. Oil as required
  10. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil.saute onion till golden brown.
  2. After add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min.then add tomato,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder.mix well
  3. Then add prawns.cook 10 min in oil.
  4. After 10 min add 1/4 cup of water.close it and cook for 10 min.then add coconut milk,pepper jeera powder.mix well.
  5. Cook for 10-15 min.spicy prawn Gravy is ready to serve.
