Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Egg 4
  2. Small onion 13
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Tamarind water 1/2 cup
  5. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  6. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  8. Fried fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Fried jeera seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required
  12. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  13. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  14. Coriander powder 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 eggs and keep it aside.
  2. Grind nicely grated coconut ,fried fenugreek and jeera seeds.
  3. In bowl add tamarind water.squeeze tomatoes,add grounded coconut paste,salt.mix well
  4. In pan heat oil add jeera seeds and fenugreek seeds.saute onion for 5 min.after add tamarind mixture mix well.cook for 10 min
  5. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder.boil it for 15-20 min .now add eggs.
  6. After 5 min add beaten eggs .don't mix.close and cook it for 15 min in low flame.
  7. Spicy beaten egg Gravy is ready to eat.
