- 1 can /12 oz / 340 gms: Evaporated
- 1 can/ 14 oz/ 397 gms: condensed
- 250 ml : heavy whipping
- 1/2 tsp or just a few: strands
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts ( /almonds)
- 2 tbsp: warm

My Tip:If you cannot get your hands on evaporated milk, just boil a litre of full fat milk and reduce until half. Measure it exactly and use.
