Kesar Kulfi
Ingredients to make Kesar Kulfi
- 1 can /12 oz / 340 gms: Evaporated milk
- 1 can/ 14 oz/ 397 gms: condensed milk
- 250 ml : heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp or just a few: saffron strands
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios /almonds)
- 2 tbsp: warm milk
How to make Kesar Kulfi
My Tip:
If you cannot get your hands on evaporated milk, just boil a litre of full fat milk and reduce until half. Measure it exactly and use.
