Royal Cheese Pulao

Ingredients to make Royal Cheese Pulao

  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Cottage Cheese (cubed) 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 8
  • Cashewnuts 8
  • Raisins 15
  • Scallions (baby onions) 6
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/8 tsp
  • Sugar 2 pinches
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Pure ghee 4 tbsp

How to make Royal Cheese Pulao

  1. Peel the onions and cut them in 4 pieces each.
  2. Next, cut the cheese into cubes and fry till they turn golden in colour and put it aside.
  3. Fry half of the dry fruits in ghee and keep them aside.
  4. Take 2 tbsp pure ghee in a pan, add zeera and onion. Saute it well.
  5. Add cheese, unfried dry fruits, salt , pepper and all spices.
  6. Add milk and water. Keep rice on a low heat and cook it covered.
  7. Remove from the heat, once done garnish it with fried dry fruits.
