ABOUT Egg 65 RECIPE

Eggs are nutritious,those who cannot consume chicken 65 they can nicely make this and eat,this is made of egg and with some added spices made into a smooth slurry and deep fried

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled eggs
  2. 1 raw egg
  3. Maida 2 tbsp
  4. Cornflour 3 tbsp
  5. gram flour 2 tbsp
  6. salt as per taste
  7. 2 tbsp chilli powder
  8. Gingergarlic paste 2 tsp
  9. Chicken masala 1 tsp
  10. 2 sprigs curryleaves
  11. 3 greenchillies

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan cover it with cold water . cover with lid and bring them to boil
  2. Turn off flame keep aside for few minutes ,peel them and make into pieces
  3. Take egg pieces in a separate bowl add salt
  4. Add chilli powder
  5. Add cornflour
  6. Add maida
  7. Add gram flour
  8. Add gingergarlic paste
  9. Take one raw egg
  10. Add the beaten egg to it
  11. Mix all the ingredients well like a smooth slurry
  12. Heat oil on medium flame for deep frying
  13. Carefully add this mixture as pieces into the hot oil
  14. Drain the fried pieces on absorbent paper and set a side
  15. Fry 2 sprigs curry leaves and 3 green chillies and set a side
  16. Sprinkle some chicken masala on top of fried pieces,garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves
  17. Egg 65 is ready to serve
