Ingredients to make Kesar Mango Bhappa Doi

  • mango 1 big sized, chopped and pureed (sweet)
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • kesar 1 fat pinch
  • sugar 4 tbsp

How to make Kesar Mango Bhappa Doi

  1. Prepare a steel or aluminium vessel by caramelizing sugar to coat the base.
  2. Blend all the other ingredients together and pour it into the vessel.
  3. Steam this on a medium flame for 30 mins or till the top layer is found firm.
  4. Remove and let it cool. Note to unmould only after chilling it.

My Tip:

It tastes best when eaten the next day, so note to prepare this one day ahead.
