Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. French beans 1 bowl
  2. Peas 1 bowl
  3. Cauliflower florets 1 bowl
  4. Carrot sliced
  5. Potato cut into cubes
  6. Paneer cubes
  7. Kaju paste
  8. Coconut paste
  9. Chilli powder
  10. Dhaniya powder
  11. Onion
  12. Cardomom
  13. Dalchini 1 inch
  14. Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  15. Black pepper 1 tsp
  16. Cloves 2 nos
  17. Coconut grind with water
  18. Tomato

Instructions

  1. First cut into long strips beans carrot potato into cubes cauliflower into florets and peas
  2. Roast all spices without oil in kada and grind into powder and keep aside
  3. Soak cashewnuts in water and make paste
  4. Grind coconut with khus khus with little water and make smooth paste
  5. Take pan put oil and put roasted powder with bay leaf and put onions fry till nice aroma comes
  6. Put all veggies and put salt and cover with lid for 10 min
  7. Add tomotoes and cook till it gets done
  8. Add kaju paste coconut paste with chilli powder and dhania powder
  9. Cook for 10 min till oil seperate Garnish with coriander leaves and kasuri methi
  10. Shallow fry paneer and add into it
