Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Soya chunks 1 cup
  2. Onion 1big size diced
  3. Green chilli chopped 1tbsp
  4. Garlic chopped 1tsp
  5. Tomatoes 2medium size chopped
  6. Cumin seeds,turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder 1tsp each
  7. Oil for cooking 5-6 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil soya chunks in water for 5min and keep them to cool.
  2. squeeze the extra water by pressing it by your palm and keep the water for cooking later.
  3. now in a pan put 3tbsp of oil and fry green chilli and garlic
  4. add chopped onions and pinch of salt fry till turns to golden brown.
  5. add chopped tomatoes and again fry till the tomatoes get mashed.
  6. keep the mixture get cool and then grind it into a fine paste.
  7. take 3-4 tbsp of oil and pour the paste in the pan and fry for 10min till the oil separate from the paste.
  8. now add all spices and fry for a minute
  9. now add the soya chunks.
  10. fry and add leftover water used for boiling soya chunks.
  11. serve it with hot chapati or fulkas
