Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish roe- 1 cup
  2. Onion - 1 (sliced)
  3. Green chillies- 4-5
  4. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Pumpkin flowers- 5
  7. Mustard oil- 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok, add the sliced onions and sliced green chillies. Stir till the onions are slightly brownish and add the fish roe.
  2. Next add turmeric and salt. Cook it on a slow fire while stirring frequently.
  3. Let it cook till it's done. Once done add the torn flower petals and stir for 2-3 mins.
  4. Mix it well and serve with the main course.
