ABOUT Dhaniya mirchi murg RECIPE

An easy and spicy chicken curry infused with the flavours of fresh coriander leaves and hot green chillies. A perfect side dish with roti or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. CHICKEN - 200 gm
  2. Onion (chopped) - 2
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Green Chilly paste - 2 tsp
  5. Corinader leaves paste - 2 tbsp
  6. Tomatoes (chopped) - 2
  7. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, powdered spices, salt and little oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil. Add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown in colour.
  3. Then add the marinated chicken and cook for few minutes.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook further until the chicken is almost done.
  5. Then add the coriander leaves paste and stir. Cook until done. Add little water for the gravy, bring upto boil. Check for seasoning and serve hot.
