Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Capsicum diced 2 small bowl
  2. Gram flour 1 small bowl
  3. Green chillies
  4. Red chilly
  5. Turmeric Powder
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Onions finely chopped
  8. Tomatoes diced
  9. oil
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Thinly Diced the capsicum.
  2. Take a pan pore 2 spoons oil add Mustard seeds, fine chopped chilly, and gram flour roast and saute it on a low flame till the Aroma comes. Keep it aside
  3. In another pan add oil then add finely chopped onion saute it till golden brown. Then add Diced green capsicum saut it now add salt red chilly powder, turmeric and Cover the lid allow it to cook.
  4. Open the lid add roasted gram flour diced tomatoes and ¼ cup water saut it cover the lid for a minute. Serve hot with chapati or parathas
  5. Garnish it with finely chopped coriander & chilly
