Almond Ladoo

Ingredients to make Almond Ladoo

  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Suji 1 cup
  • Milkmaid 1 cup
  • Ghee 3 teaspoon

How to make Almond Ladoo

  1. Put the almonds into the mixer and grind to a powder form. Keep aside.
  2. Heat a heavy base pan, add ghee to heat, when the ghee melts add suji to it. Keep it on a medium flame and stir till an aroma develops.
  3. Then add the almond powder to the suji and keep on stirring till it turns golden yellow in colour. Next, add milkmaid to the mixer and mix it well to avoid lumps.
  4. Let it cool down. Then, we can hold the mixture with our palms and make ladoos of each potion.
  5. Store and enjoy your sweet bites.
