  • Salmon 40 gms
  • Asparagus 10 gms
  • Sesame Seed 2 gms
  • Onion 1
  • Philadelphia cheese 20 gms
  • Sushi Rice (SF) 1/2 cup
  • Nori Sheet 1
  • Pickled Ginger 1 - 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 - 2 tsp
  • Wasabi Powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
  • For the SUSHI RICE:
  • Sushi Rice 200 gms
  • Sushi Vinegar 50 ml
  • For the Rice Vinegar:
  • Rice Vinegar 600 ml
  • Sugar 300 gms
  • Salt 100 gms
  • Konbu 10 gms

How to make Salmon Cheese Roll

  1. For the sushi rice, mix sushi and vinegar with the cooked sushi rice.
  2. Place the nori sheet length wise towards you and spread the rice evenly, then turn it around.
  3. Place the salmon, philadelphia cheese, asparagus and onion evenly lengthwise.
  4. Roll it and serve with gari and wasabi.
