Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup soya chunks
  2. 2 tabs oats
  3. 1/2 tabs chilli powder
  4. 1egg beaten
  5. 1/2onion finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 green chili
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For gravy
  11. 1 onion finely chopped
  12. 1/4 cup tomato paste
  13. 1 tabs chili powder
  14. 1tsp cumin powder
  15. 1tsp garam masala
  16. 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  17. 3 clove
  18. 2 tabs oil
  19. 1 tsp ghee
  20. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  21. 1 tbsp ketchup
  22. 1/4 cup minute maid orange pulp
  23. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak soya chunk for 10 minutes after 10 minutes squeeze excess water add to blender jar to this add onion green chili oats salt beaten egg ginger garlic paste and salt make a coarse paste keep aside
  2. Take a bowl add coarse paste to this add chili powder mix well
  3. Make koftas keep aside
  4. Heat the pan add enough oil when oil is hot slide the koftas in hot oil fry for 5 minutes or until done
  5. Remove and keep aside
  6. Heat the pan add oil and ghee when oil is hot add Cinnamon cloves stir for few seconds then add Ginger garlic paste stir until raw smell evaporate
  7. Now add finely chopped onion and salt stir for few seconds
  8. After few seconds add chili powder turmeric coriander powder cumin powder and garam masala stir well
  9. Now add tomato paste MUX well and cook for 2 minutes
  10. After 2 minutes add ketchup mix well for few seconds
  11. After seconds now add orange pulp minute maid MUX well and cook for 2 minutes switch off the flame
  12. Take a plate add gravy now add fried koftas garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with chapti parota or with rice thank you happy cooking
