Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm.keema
  2. 250 gm kaleji
  3. 9 onions finally chopped
  4. 7-8 green chilli
  5. 2 boll garlic clove
  6. 1 inch ginger
  7. 7-8 tomatoes
  8. 2 bay leaf
  9. 2 Clove
  10. 2 big cardamon
  11. Mice
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tbsp red chilli
  14. 1 tbsp coriander
  15. 2 tbsp meat masala
  16. 1 big spoon mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Wash mutton nicely. Sieve it.
  2. Add mustard oil in cooker add bay leaf big cardamom clove cinamon now add chopped onions saute well now add mutton.
  3. Dry roast till water absorb now add tomatoes meat masala and all spices.
  4. Now add ginger and garlic again dry roast for half an hour till oil comes out .
  5. Now add 1 cup water take vessel garnish with coriander leaves.
